Unfortunately, the rented van had a technical problem, which couldn't be solved by the car manufacturer's service. The owner did everything to find a replacement van for me, and he was successful, which I really appreciate. Despite of these circumstances, I could spend a very nice time on Madeira with the help of him!
Great service, very good vehicle, which was basically brand new in this case and well equipped. The introduction to the camper near Faro was absolutely flawless and thorough. Bruno made us familiar with all critical and non-critical aspects of the bus. He was also always reachable and kindly helped us out when we had to change our drop-off date and time due to an emergency change in our plans. I would fully recommend this company!
Alba was friendly, communicative, and respectful. Her and her partner took excellent care of the camper and returned it in great condition. Would be very happy to rent to them again. Highly recommended!
