If you are unable to add photos, you can first check their format. You can only add photos in ".jpg" or ".png" format (these are standard formats).
You can also check their size. Indeed, if they are too small or have too low a resolution (less than 638*426 pixels), the website will automatically refuse them or turn them 90° the wrong way.
Please try to take new photos and upload them once more to the website or resize them on a suitable application (ex: Paint).
If the problem persists, send us your photos at contact@yescapa.com, and we will upload them to your profile for you.
