Why have I not received the documents for my rental?

We send you the necessary documents (rental agreement, insurance certificate and what to do in the event of an accident) once the following conditions have been met:

  • Confirmation and payment of your booking
  • All your uploaded documents have been verified and validated by our team
  • The owner's documents have been validated.

You can find the documents to print off prior to your rental from your profile, by logging in and clicking on "My trips" > Review my booking. 

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have not received all the necessary documents 72 hours prior to departure.
