Why have I not received the rental documents?

We proceed to sending you the necessary documents (rental agreement, insurance certificate and what to do in the event of an accident) once the following conditions have been met:

  • Confirmation and payment of the booking by the renter
  • All documents required by the owner have been validated. For more information on which documents are necessary, please click here.
  • All documents required by the renter have been validated. We ask the renter for a copy of their passport, driver's licence and a proof of address issued less than 3 months ago.

On your profile, you can find the relevant documents to print off prior a rental, by logging in and clicking on "My bookings" > Confirmed > "Review my booking". 

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have not received all the necessary documents 72 hours prior to departure.
