How do I confirm my reservation?

When the owner accepts your request, we will notify you by email. You then have 48 hours to confirm the booking either through the email you received or via your account under the “My trips” section.

No worries! If you haven’t made a decision within 48 hours or need more time to communicate with the owner, you can extend your request for an additional 48 hours.

When confirming your booking, you’ll be able to choose your payment method:

  • In full at the time of confirmation;
  • In two interest-free installments, for departures more than 45 days before the confirmation date;
  • In four installments with our partner Banque Casino - Floa Bank, for departures more than 15 days after the confirmation date (see terms and conditions).

After the additional 48-hour period, if the booking is not confirmed, the rental request will be cancelled.
