How long does the renter have to confirm a booking?

When you accept a booking request, the renter is notified by email.

From that moment on, they have 48 hours to confirm or cancel their request.

If necessary, they can extend this deadline by an additional 48-hours, by clicking on a link we have sent them by email.

Beyond this additional period, and without any answer from them, the renter's request will expire and you will be informed by email.

Please be aware that accepting requests never blocks your calendar and therefore does not prevent you from receiving other booking requests.

You can receive and accept several requests at once.

Whoever makes a payment first, will officially have booked your vehicle and this will automatically block your calendar.
