How do I respond to a booking request?

To respond to a request, you can:

  • Either accept or refuse said request by clicking on the dedicated links in the email you receive.
  • Or by going to your profile, then in my bookings. You will have to click on the reference of the booking and click on I accept or I refuse

You can also look through your bookings by their status (new, pending, etc..).

N.B. Before accepting a booking request, make sure to have looked over the pick-up and drop-off times, your remuneration, their travel plans and the dates. If everything seems to suit, then you are free to accept.
