Our experience with Raul was great!  He was always available for any questions.  He resolved a couple of issues quickly and efficiently.  The caravan was what we expected based on the photos on the Yescapa website.  We recommend Yescapa and Raul highly!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Fuerteventura avec le van de Gianluca ! Couchette confortable, tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, conduite agréable. Seuls bémols, il n'y a pas de frigo ni de panneau solaire bien qu'indiqués dans l'annonce. 

Great new camper. Very user-friendly and easy to operate on the road. Excellent linens and kitchen utensils. Thank you very much Alvaro for the 24/7 service. We recommend ordering. Thanks again for a wonderful trip, Oleksey and Marina!

Ylenia, who welcomed us and showed the van was very helpful. She has made the whole experience very pleasant and reassuring.  The van was comfortable, clean and easy to use and an excellent option to explore the island.  Highly recommended!

First experience traveling in a van for me and Camilla. It has been great :)  We enjoyed driving and living in such an iconic campervan for 4 days. It is stylish and well equipped with all the necessary to enjoy a funny and adventurous roadtrip in Fuerteventura. Gigi has handled the whole process, from check-in to checkout, in a kind thorough and professional way. Really appreciated his tips on how to get the most of our stay ;) Strongly recommend! 

Gigi antwortete immer sehr schnell, was gut war. Bei der Ankunft wollte er nicht zum Hafen fahren, tat es nach einer Stunde hin und her texten dann aber doch, weil mich kein Taxi mit zwei Surfboards mitnehmen wollte. Van war tatsächlich der abgebildete Van, aber mit einigen Mängeln. Aufstelldach funktioniert nicht. Darauf angesprochen, warum es nicht im Inserat steht, kam die Antwort, dass er ja auch kein Bild mit dem aufgestellten Dach zeige und es damit klar sei, dass es nicht möglich ist. Das Van Modell ist jedoch ein T4 mit Austelldach... Anlasser wird vermutlich bald den Geist aufgeben, weil immer zweimal gestartet werden muss. Motorenpfeiffen, sobald 80 gefahren wird (nein, kein Windpfeiffen). Rostig innen wie aussen. Vieles mit Heisskleber und Tape mangelhaft repariert worden. Z.b. fällt der Wasserknopf beim Spülbecken ab. Staufach auf der Seite wurde mit auch mit Heisskleber angeklebt. Sobald man eine Tasche reinsteckt und losfährt, fällt die Panele herunter. Auto mit bereits verstaubter Klimaanlage erhalten. Kein Grauwassertank. Das gebrauchte Wasser vom Spülbecken plätschert einfach auf den Boden. Ich bin mir sicher, dass es illegal ist, wie es in anderen Ländern der Fall ist. Lichterkette mit Reissnägel befestigt und fällt beim Fahren herunter. Man muss die Reissnägel auf dem Bett suchen, bevor man sich hinlegt und verletzt. Boden wurde unprofessionell und mit Mängel eingebaut. Nur eine Musikbox (vorne rechts) funktioniert. Vertrag nur in italienisch. Da italienisch in Spanien keine Amtssprache ist, ist der Vertrag vermutlich null und nichtig. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Für 90€ pro Tag inkl Versicherung erwarte ich mehr. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht überein.**OWNER RESPONSE**"Esta reseña me impresionó mucho y estoy desagradablemente sorprendido, además de encontrarla incorrecta y en algunos lugares difamatoria. Al llegar, después de más de una hora de espera respecto al horario pactado, en el que intenté repetidamente (y en vano, ya que no respondió) ponerme en contacto con Alain, fui a recogerlo sin cargo a la puerto porque ningún taxi lo habria transportado con dos tablas de surf. Llegó solo, sin su novia, y le expliqué todo con el más mínimo detalle, como es mi costumbre: le expliqué dónde estaba el contenedor de aguas grises y cómo funcionaba, que el techo estaba defectuoso ((tanto como para no indicarlo en mi anuncio, ni siquiera en las fotos por este mismo motivo) no se podia abrir; la guirnalda luminosa es arreglada con clavijas y estaba funcional (obviamente,  si espues se rompe, crea problemas); incluso el motor de arranque es completamente funcional, si no lo fuera, el problema inevitablemente habría surgido en el momento del check-in. Y Alain, en cuanto vio la furgoneta se mostró definitivamente entusiasmado, feliz y pudo ver, constatar y comprobar todo (hago provar al cliente todo antes de dejar el Van), estaba absolutamente al tanto de todo (el contrato, firmado por Alain en el momento del check-in sin ningún problema por su parte, se descarga automáticamente en italiano desde nuestra aplicación yescapa).Por tanto, decir que me comporto de forma ILEGAL me parece decididamente incorrecto, difamatorio y perjudicial para mi persona. Intervine inmediatamente cuando rompieron el grifo del fregadero y arreglé el problema de inmediato. El Van es un vehículo antiguo, delicado pero perfectamente funcional.Entiendo que unas vacaciones en Van (que no es camper) no son vacaciones para todos, y algunos (afortunadamente muy pocos), después de los primeros días, no toleran unas características que para otros son las que la hacen especial. Esta es la unica explicacion que he podido darme después de leer este comentario.Las críticas recibidas hasta ahora (a las que les presto mucha atención porque muchas son constructivas) no se corresponden en absoluto con la que acabo de recibir, que no tiene nada constructivo excepto dañarme y difamarme a mí mismo ya mi trabajo.Muchas gracias."

Owner very responsive but the caravan was in really bad shape actually in the end of the first day we needed to come back to change the caravan, since the fridge wasn't working and the lateral door had problems with the lock, and the baby chair they provided didn't fit properly. The second caravan didn't have a headlight (quite important in Autumn) We went back but they didn't have a spare one. We did one week with only 1 headlight.*** Owner's reply ***Agradecemos desde já a vossa opinião que para nós, é sempre considerado algo construtivo, na medida que podemos melhorar a nossa prestação de serviços.Devo informar que após a verificação da primeira autocaravana, o frigorífico estava a funcionar mas o congelador não, compreendendo a situação e obviamente, era um dever nosso trocar a Autocaravana.Quanto à segunda, desconhecíamos o facto de só haver uma luz a funcionar, pedimos desculpa, mas com toda a certeza teremos uma maior atenção no futuro.Devido ao facto da troca do veículo, não lhe foi cobrada a botija de gás ou combustível despendido com o primeiro veículo com o intuito de os compensar do transtorno causado.Quanto a cadeira da criança e pelo que conseguimos analisar, encontrava-se nas devidas condições e era uma cadeira recente, contudo acreditamos que o método de afixação, é diferente de um ligeiro de passageiros.Pedimos as nossas sinceras desculpas por não conseguirmos corresponder as vossas expectativas, mas tudo faremos para que no futuro possamos continuar a merecer a vossa preferência.

We rented the car for a week and visited both mountains and beaches in Gran Canaria and we had an amazing time. Driving the van in the mountains is not very easy especially if you are not used to bigger cars like us. The roads are very steep and narrow and in the turns you need to slow down to almost walking speed. However, you will get used to it after a while. The van is in great shape and was very clean. It was equiped with everything we needed so in the end we didn’t use many things we brought from home including the sleeping bags. Placido is a great guy who is willing to give you some nice tips for places to visit. We can definitely recommend him and also his van.

We had a really great time in Portugal with Ophelia!!Here's a detailed review: We really appreciated:  The owners are super friendly and make the experience very easy. They're trustworthy and helpful. They came to meet us near the airport with gifts and smiles.  Ophelia is a very beautiful van, super easy to drive/park.  Inside the van, the temperature is always good. It's never too hot, nor cold. (We were in Portugal in Winter time, November). The bed is comfortable and the linen too. I'm 180cm tall, and my girlfriend is 157cm. We had more than enough room to sleep, watch a movie etc...  The curtains are efficient, they keep the warmth inside, and block the lights in the morning.  The 4 USB plugs are so powerful and charged our phones quickly. The outside table and chairs are easy to pop out and set up. We noticed: The sliding door doesn't always lock, or stays locked when the doors are open/closed. It was the only annoying aspect. On our first day, we parked Ophelia and spent the day at the beach, locked the doors as we walked away. When we came back, all doors were closed but the sliding door. We were lucky no one tried to sneak in. So, keep in mind that you'll have to double-check every time, and often operate that door manually from the inside (may takes a few attempts).  The inside table is not the most functional as it is pretty wobbly and blocks the cupboards on the floor when set up.  The power plug won't charge your Laptops. You'll need a USB-C/USB cable. General Feedback: Awesome! I really recommend Ophelia to anyone willing to explore Portugal, you won't regret it. Just be aware that you will have to adapt and work as a team for the daily tasks, but after the first day, you won't regret it. Also, keep in mind that once the bed is set, you can't open the fridge, and you might want to pop the toilets out of the compartment beforehand. Personally I did all my 1 and 2 outside in the wild digging holes (never leave your paper out!!).  Simply put, GO FOR IT!!!

Angelo's motorhome was perfect for our trip to the south of Portugal. The camper is equipped with everything you need. We even found a drawer full of spices in it. Of course kitchen utensils include pots and pans. Detergents and disinfectants. Bed above the cabin with blankets and pillows and towels in the shower. Needless to say, the vehicle works just as well as Mercedes should behave. Angelo and Carolina were very kind and accommodated to every request and question that arose.

It was amazing. Sylvia was very helpful with everything and very flexible.

The van was perfect, we had such an amazing time on this holiday. Emiliano was really lovely and quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay over Whatsapp.

Andrei was super nice in picking up from the airport and leaving us in a nearby town at the end of the trip. He was also super available for any suggestion regarding the trip and any question we had.  The van respected expectations from the description and had everything we needed. Really easy to drive as well.  I surely suggest renting a van to enjoy Tenerife to the fullest, there are lot of amazing places close to the ocean to sleep in peace an enjoy sunrises and sunsets.
