We had a great trip in Tenerife and our experience with Andrei and his van could not have been better. Andrei picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and was very helpful with recommendations for things to do on the trip. The van worked great mechanically the entire time. When we did have a small issue Andrei was quick to respond and help. We had a headlight go out, and he immideiatly offered to replace it if we could meet him. I would recommend renting with Andrei to anyone!

Natascha is very welcoming and helpful. She quickly responded to the request and all questions, picked us up from the bus stop and gave some tips before our trip. She also speaks many languages and talking with her is entertaining. The campervan is well equipped and comfortable - there are things like coffee pot and cleaning supplies. The bedding and towels were fresh and smelled amazing. The water tanks are big enough for a couple to travel for a few days without worrying about refilling. It isn't difficult to drive the van even without experience, the rear camera is really helpful. Travelling in it gives you the opportunity to spend your holidays near Fuerteventura's hidden beautiful romantic beaches. It doesn't look like a converted van from outside so it's not visible that somebody's sleeping inside.

El viaje fue bonito porque la compañía era perfecta, pero es verdad que tras haber hecho varios viajes en Furgo con esta app me desencantó un poco el estado del vehículo: la expectativa vs. realidad y la atención al usuario de la propietaria.  1) El grifo no funcionaba y por lo tanto para abrirlo teníamos que usar un alicate. Es bastante incómodo teniendo en cuenta que en invierno y con el temporal de lluvia y nieve que teníamos no podíamos abrir el techo. Aseguraros de que está arreglado si vais a reservar.   2) Las cortinas de atrás tampoco funcionaban y una noche que tuvimos que aparcar carca de una luz fue un poco molesto porque teníamos el foco cerca... 3) El último día la furgoneta tuvo avería. Se le cayó en medio del viaje de vuelta la cubierta del chasis (gracias a Dios estábamos ya en el pueblo en el que teníamos que devolverla). Intentamos localizar a la dueña durante varias horas y no respondió al teléfono. Pudimos gestionar todo con el seguro pero el problema es que no te dejan movilizar el vehículo sin el consentimiento del dueño. Simplemente, comentar aquí a los dueños que de cara al futuro deberían estar más pendientes del móvil para evitar, como fue en nuestro caso, estar unas 5 horas intentando localizarles, así propiciarán que la experiencia de usuario sea mejor.  4) El precio es muy elevado. Yo no pagaría 67€ por esa furgoneta si hubiera sabido que estaba así.  Por último, y esto es algo personal que acabamos asumiendo pero que nos dio bastante pena y no queremos dejar de comentar. Les pedimos que nos dejaran la posibilidad de cambiar de fecha el viaje (Yescapa nos confirmó que si los propietarios están de acuerdo se puede hacer). Nuestro viaje coincidió con un temporal de nieve y lluvia en el norte de España, nos parecía arriesgado viajar. La propietaria se negó a ceder con este cambio, advirtiéndonos de que cualquier cambio debería ser avisado con 15 días de antelación. Entiendo su punto, me imagino que hacen esto por puro negocio, pero claro, con 15 días de antelación no puedes predecir un temporal, suelen saberse con 3-5 días de antelación. Y estando en invierno, desde mi punto de vista, un poco de flexibilidad en ese aspecto sería ideal.    Como punto positivo, la pareja de la propietaria fue muy amable en acercarme mi monedero que me lo había dejado en su furgoneta después de todo el trajín de la grúa, etc.   

Marten and his family took very well care of the camper. Responsible and clean. Will definitely recommend Marten with family for future rentals! Hope they enjoyed their travels as much as we enjoyed them as renters.

This was one of the best vacations we had so far! We've arrived at the Las Palmas airport on the 27th of november at 10:10 where we collected the motorhome and started our journey around the island. The first 2-3 days were a bit rainy but a part of that everything went as planned. The motorhome was well equiped with everyday items. Each of us also got 2 pairs of towels for the beach and the shower. The owner (Ilaria) was available all the time during our trip. Raúl y Anita fueron increíbles! Nos aconsejaron dónde quedarnos en la isla a pesar del tiempo que no fue de los mejores. Nos sentimos muy en casa y a gusto con sus furgoneta que está genial de verdad. Fácil para conducir y todo está pensando hasta los detalles para hacerte sentir como en casa. Fue un verdadero placer poder disfrutar de esa isla preciosa con vuestra furgo chicos. Esperamos volver a veros pronto por algún lado del mundo!

A friend and I rented Olli and Tines camper for about a week and it was really enjoyable and cozy. The camper itself is old but gold, with enough storage and well organized space. It's not to small but also not to big so you can reach all the nice places on the island. For two people the camper is definitely big enough and you won't have any problems with space. Also it is fully equipped with everything you need (towels, cooking equipment, converter, portable light, cleaning agent...).It was very easy to communicate with Tine and Olli, they are very kind and helpful not only before the trip but also during the rental. They gave us information about interesting places, answered all our questions quickly and are all in all really pleasant and relaxed. We are glad we met them and thankful they made our holidays refreshing, adventuresome and restful.If you search for a camper on teneriffe I highly recommend you this one as you are in good hands and all the stuff listed above.Greetings from Andreja and Miro :)

Amazing experience and vehicle! Joaquim was super friendly and helpful and delivered the best service. The camper was great and had everything we needed - great experience! 

I had an amazing rental experience. Pedro was super helpful with everything and the van was in impecable condition for an old timer. Vans this old can be quite difficult to run but Pedros VW ran like a brand new car. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique experience! 

xavier is a super chill guy, really relaxed, and flexible... the van is straight, is in good condition but not such good condition that you need to be nervous about getting hour deposit back.. it drives nicely and we did 1800 km on just under two tanks of diesel.. thnks xavier

A lovely family who looked after the Motorhome very well and returned it in excellent condition. Communication great throughout. We would be very happy to accommodate them again anytime.

Good agreement with the owner. Car is very good for living, but is not so good for longer ways, especially to a mountains, because speed is not to large.

We had a great time travelling with the van around Tenerife. It's perfect for two people and it's really smooth to drive. Unfortunately we returned it with a small damage but Andrei was very fair and understanding. Highly recommend the van and Andrei :)  

We hired the van for 6 days on Nov 21 to tour around Tenerife after having been in an Airbnb in Anaga for a week. The owner responded immediately to our enquiry and communicated well through WhatsApp. The booking process through Yescapa was efficient and seemed reliable and secure (note: you’ll need a utility bill to digitally upload as proof of address in addition to ID docs)The handover process was arranged at a suitable location in Santa Cruz and all motorhome functions were demonstrated well and the location allowed me to practice parking etc before hitting the road (the vehicle is 7 meters long)We did a deposit through a bank transfer at the end of the handover (revolut is quick and free for international transfers) The vehicle is almost new so quite easy to drive with lots of power which gives a lot of confidence when driving over difficult mountain roads and the reversing camera and sensors mean you can get into tighter spaces relatively to the size. The facilities in the motorhome are all excellent and mean that you are fully self sufficient; we only stopped at a campsite once during the week to empty grey/black tanks and refill the water tank. The fridge/freezer is large and both gas/electric powered, we had no problem storing 6 days worth of food. The heating system is very good and we used this on one evening when we were higher up in the mountains. The hot water was great to wash cooking utensils and have a short hot shower. The living quarters have all the cooking utensils and crockery you will need for 4 people. We’re used to a VW California so it was really great to have such a large living space separate from where you sleep. We used the double berth above the driver's cabin which had ample space. There are two additional berths in bunk beds at the rear. You could quite comfortably live in this motorhome for a number of weeks and we would highly recommend this vehicle to others as a great way of seeing Tenerife. We used a number of the motorhome parking sites across the island many of which are located close to charcos or good sea/beach access or close to some great hiking trails. We handed back the vehicle close to Tenerife Norte Airport and the owners dropped us off at the terminal for our onwards flight. The deposit was returned a couple of days later as agreed and once the vehicle had been fully checked. A great experience and highly recommended.

I traveled a lot in the last years and met many hosts. But David was outstanding and remarkable. He is a friendly and sympathetic guy who is passionate about his van Grettta. It was lovely to see with which enthusiasm he showed us Gretta. During our stay he was always available for questions. Further he provided us with a nice map of the island where places for good food, nice viewpoints or areas to stay were marked. If this is not enough he provided also daily weather forecasts with information which place is best at this day to see. Overall highly recommended. 

Muy buena pareja! Muy limpio y responsable. Cuidó bien la caravana. Definitivamente recomendaré  Miguel y su pareja para futuros alquileres!!

We had a great time in Ana and Miguel's camper. It met our needs perfectly. It was clean, well equipped, and functional.
