I had such an amazing few days with this van. It is brand new, super comfortable, and so easy to drive,it made my trip around Portugal feel effortless and fun. What I loved most is that, unlike other T7 vans, the kitchen is outside, which gives a much larger bed and lets you fully relax and enjoy the views with all doors open and a panoramic view. I cooked outside under the awning with a stove and all the kitchen utensils provided, it made meals feel so easy and delightful while soaking in the beautiful scenery of the coast. But what truly made the experience exceptional was Lorin. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond, which made everything so smooth. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the most amazing, remote spots (the kind you’d never find on your own), and his recommendations made my trip unforgettable. On top of that, the van is under 2 meters tall, so it fits in any parking spot (beachside or underground), which made exploring and stopping wherever I wanted so much easier. If you want a van that lets you experience the country in the most relaxed and beautiful way possible, this is it. And renting from Lorin makes the experience even more special. It was my first van trip and will never forget it. Thank you so much!

Mis 3 amigos y yo hemos pasado 4 días con la Caravana por Dolomitas, ha sido una experiencia genial.La caravana ha cumplido todas nuestras expectativas y necesidades. Equipada completamente, calefacción, cocina, baño, etc., con funcionamiento excepcional. La comunicación con los dueños ha sido muy fluida y rápida en todo momento. Durante nuestro viaje han estado disponibles siempre que los hemos necesitado y resolviendo nuestras dudas cuando no hemos sabido utilizar algo. Ha sido genial compartir esta experiencia con ustedes y seguramente repetiremos en un futuro.Muchas gracias

Sikho was super nice and accommodating for the pick up and bring back time and location! He explained everything very good about the bus, which was just perfect for my 6 days on the island. The bus was in good conditions and easy to use.Highly recommended!!

Amazing! Cemil is a very nice person. He brought us the caravan to Frisburg, and he drove us to the airport after we returned the motorhome. He is a great host. Highly recommended. His motorhome was perfect for us. We did a one week trip on Black Forest (Germany), the motorhome is almost new, all in perfect conditions. Easy to drive, confortable beds, fully equipped. Me and my family we had a great time at Cemil´s motorhome. Cemil answered very fast, the communication was very easy with him. We recommend Cemil´s motorhome with no doubt. 5 starts.

The owner and his family are extremely friendly and helpful! Good and constant contact during the rental period. They offer transportation to the airport and ferry port if needed! And the most importantly, they have their own campsite with an electric gate and showers. You can refill your water tank there, empty grey water and toilet from the camper! It's a real treasure, as unfortunately, this isn't possible everywhere on the island. The best campervan rental in the Canary Islands and I've visited all the islands this way!

Its not a new van and you can tell. Yet, all the important things work. The qualities of the van are dwarfed compared to the owner's. A men who you can trust, supportive in any sort of way and outstanding human being.

The roadsurfer campervan and service was better than expected. There was a box with all neccecary items. It was plesure to travel. And we definatly would choose Roadsurfers again and recommend to our friends!

Overall satisfied. The VW California was great, just one of the window shades was not properly working. For the rest, pretty comfortable, easy driving experience.Only thing is we had 1.5 hour delay for the check in and the van was not professionally cleaned. The business was lacking stuff but the guys working there were trying their best.

Simple, easy to deal with and great communication at the right price. The VW Grand California van is a perfect companion to travel around Europe in, it’s got plenty of power, is comfortable, spacious and has plenty of features. The road surfer team have done an amazing job with branding and providing most everything needed to enjoy the trip.

We had an unforgettable time! Vehicle was mechanical in a very good condition. However the roof window over the dining table did not close properly and it was very noisy while driving as well as the frame that was not secure properly, which the agent showed out when we received the vehicle. We had a very bad experience with the sliding door's window dropping out on day 6 of our holiday. It was clear that previous renters also had the same problem, because the stickiness of the ductape was still visible around the frame of the window. Fortunately we were in a town where there was a road-surfer franchise, but it was Friday night and we had to make a plan before dark and to get the window in one piece to the workshop. It was very frustrating because it is impossible to phone anyone - the call center's answering machine is in German, a language we don't speak and we did not have a direct number to use. We have sent an email, but with no reply until now. The manager of Konz's franchise was very friendly and helpful the Saturday morning. We were back on the road in 15 minutes.
