Everything went smooth, the document uploads and acceptance procedures a little bit fussy

The entire renting process was very smooth and easy, thanks to Renato and his willingness to help us navigate this new world (it was our very first time renting an RV). When we arrived in Lisboa, (much earlier than we thought) Renato also helped us find a good restaurant near the pick-up place so we could wait for him to come and get us. After explaining every detail of the vehicle, and indulging us the moment of surprising our little daughters, he made sure we knew he would assist us throughout the journey, no matter how late this could be in any day. Renato was extremely kind and helpful every time we needed him, and we couldn't have asked for a better "host" in our 1-month expedition throughout the Iberian Peninsula. Sure, the vehicle is a bit "antique", but despite a few occasions when it "showed its age", it was nothing that Renato's help couldn't solve. Renato even gave us complimentary wifi connection and children seats (according to their respective ages) since we'd be renting the vehicle for so long (as well as bed sheets and towels!!!). The RV is exactly like the photos of its listing, and our family enjoyed every single moment in it. We travelled through Portugal, Spain, Gibraltar and France during almost 1 month with 2 little girls (7 and 4), and we are very grateful for Renato and his "Maria" for this unforgettable experience. Oh, and last but not least: Renato gave us a bottle of Portuguese nice on our very first day so we could get started after flying all the way from Brazil with 2 little wanderlusts! ;-)

Very comfortable and super car with various extra little details inside, that made our journey so pleasant. The owner is super nice too, she prepared with a lot of sweets and beverages for our arrival. She was also fully available via WhatsApp during the trip and she helped us a lot (recommending nice spots to stay nearby, sending very helpful contacts for programs, etc.) Overall, I think nobody will be disappointed choosing this motorhome.

Good condition of the RV, good communication and kindness.

Victor is very nice and ready to answer all questions very quickly and recommended the place to stay. He provided all the instructions about usage in pdf and video, so we have no difficulties and had a really good first expierience with motorhome.Motorhome was clean and well prepared despite of it's age.

Fernando is an amazing guy. We had some problems because of the cold, super nice he came to help us out.

The van was reliable, properly equiped and allowed me to enjoy very much the trip around the island and reach all beautiful spots. Francesca took much care of all being organized very well and was very flexible to fix into changing circumstances on my side like postponed flight to Fuerteventura or problems with reaching the airport on my way back home. In the second situation when the scheduled public bus from El Cotillo to Puerto del Rosario did not arrive she saved my flight back immediately changing her plans and taking me to the airport herself. Much appreciation!

Our trip to Switzerland was perfect. Communication with the owner was excellent—very professional and friendly. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The detailed videos about how to use the van and its accessories were incredibly helpful. Even though it was quite cold at night, the heater worked perfectly, and we stayed warm and comfortable. Jordi and Sarah also provided us with pillows and bed sheets at a reasonable price. They also assured us that we could contact them anytime if we had questions or issues, which gave us great peace of mind. We had such a wonderful experience and are already thinking about planning a similar trip again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing first time experience with this van and the owners (Giusy and Simone who helped us checking in and out) The van is well equipped, was very clean and the 4x4 wheels were a game changer for our off grid weekend trip exploring Fuerteventura, would recommend!

Magnífica experiencia por Tenerife con esta caravana, tiene un tamaño ideal para 2 personas e incluso para 4. Jenni es encantadora, nos vino a buscar al aeropuerto y luego también nos dejó allí sin ningún problema. Tanto ella como su marido Víctor nos ayudaron con cualquier duda, súper atentos los dos. Estoy seguro de que repetiremos la experiencia.

Very nice couple with a great sense of adventure. Camping in the snow for a week is not for the faint hearted.

The communication with Demi was very kind and very fast! The car matched the price. It was clean and fully equiped. It was great for me and my daughter.

Hiring was super fast and clear. Maybe bringing the deposit in cash could be communicated ahead of time, but the owner took us to a bank and parking near the beach, so it worked out great.
