Espacio interior cuidado. Cocina de dos fogones, utensilios básicos. Nevera con freezer. Ropa de cama, cojines y mantas. Baño con ducha fria/caliente. Wc extraible. Ducha exterior en la parte trasera. Mesa con dos sillas para exterior. Toma usb y una toma 220v para cargas interior. Toma corriente externo.  Varios compartimentos de guardado. Kit de limpieza. 

Para su alquiler se pide carnet con más de 3 años de antigüedad. Ser mayores de 25 años. 

Se pide una fianza de 600 euros en el momento de la entrega de llaves( puede ser efectivo, bizum o transferencia), esta será devuelta al finalizar el alquiler si no existe ningún desperfecto.
