Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Unser Camper ist vollausgestattet mit allen Dingen, die man zum Campen braucht. Im Camper finden Sie 4 Decken und 4 Kissen, dazu passende Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher für Ihren Aufenthalt.
Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Gläsern, Tassen und Besteck für 4 Personen ausgestattet. Zusätzlich sind diverse weitere Küchenutensilien, wie Töpfe, Pfannen, Wasserkessel, FrenchPress vorhanden, um die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten und Heißgetränken unterwegs zu erleichtern; Geschirrtücher, Schwämme und Lappen stehen auch zur Verfügung. 
Ein Campingtisch und Stühle sind für die Zeit außerhalb des Camper auch vorhanden. Sie müssen nur Kleidung und Hygieneartikel mitnehmen. Eine kurzer Trip zum Supermarkt und schon kann die Reise beginnen. 

Übergabe & Rückgabe
Der Camper wird vollgetankt übergeben und muss ebenso vollgetankt zurückgegeben werden. 
Frisch- und Abwassertank (Grauwasser) sind bei Rückgabe entleert zu übergeben.
