The policy offered by AXA Seguros for stress-free holidays:

• Compulsory civil liability, capital according to law in force
• Civil Liability voluntary subscribed limited to €50 million per accident
• Legal defense and claims
• Driver accident (Does not apply to Towing insurances)
  • Death : €9000
  • Permanent disability (Total or Partial) up to €18,000
• Health insurance: Total refund in approved centres, up to €6,000 for dealers of your choice.

Will not be covered:

• Drivers aged less than 21
• Drivers who have their licence for less than 1 year
• Drivers who do not have the required licence for the vehicle insured
• The contracts including voluntary mistakes on information declared
• Vehicles transporting dangerous loads
• Limits indicated by the law about the mandatory civil liability ( Real 1507/2008,BOE 12/09/08) and any modifications related
