The experience with the Van was amazing. Well equipped, super clean, everything you need. Including Caterina being super nice and supportive - would do it again, for sure!

Norman was great to rent from - very helpful and the motorhome was great! We were able to leave our car at his place which made the handover at both ends of the trip so easy and quick. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, our rental experience with the Ophelia team was incredible. They couldn't have been more helpful/ flexible to make sure that we were well looked after. The van is a joy to drive, kitted out with everything you could possibly need and SO comfy to sleep in.  If we are ever in the area again and on the hunt for a campervan we will definitely be back in touch. Couldn't reccomend more!

Nice couple. Comunication was easy. They were on time and left everything in great order. 

It was our first caravan rental experience, but it went beyond our expectations. Caravan was clean, very nice (as in pictures) and filled with complimentary items (from antibacterial liquid to free beers). Cristina and her husband met us and took time to explain how everything works. If we did have any questions during the trip, she was fast to react. Overall communication was smooth and we had a great trip!

Lovely guys who looked after the motorhome.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.  Hope to see them again. Jean

Supers hôtes, très sympathiques, nous ont fait un tour complet du camping car avant le départ avec plein de conseils utiles, et ont été arrangeants de bout en bout. On a passé 2 super semaines dans le Sud avec. A refaire !

The process itself was easy and Paul helped a lot with the paperwork. Then Eric (Paul's father) was there when we got the vehicle checked the first day and when we got it back, so unfortunately we couldn't meet Paul. The vehicle is a bit more dated and compact than expected, but it took us were we wanted safe and sound. Although sometimes it looked like it will not make it to the top of the hill, it did. We were advised not to use the bed at the top, and by the size of the bottom bed, I would not recommend it for more than two person. But for the two of us, it was cozy. The kitchen worked fine (lots of kitchen utensils), the fridge worked fine too (even had a small freezer inside), and there were plenty of lights inside, but you need to be careful with the level of the battery. The only downside it would be the discharge of the grey water, as it runs free through the outlet at the rear of the van, so better use biodegradable soap and be discreet when washing your dishes. It would also be helpful to include in the (already extense) camping kit, a short hose that can be screw/attached to the standard water taps to fill up the water tank. Overall, a great experience!

Adrian was excellent to deal with. Sent us videos explaining how everything works in the campervan. Met us on time, the van was immaculate and very comfortable. Our deposit was returned quickly at the end of the rental.

It was my first trip on an auto-caravan and it was wonderful since the car has an auto transmission and the size which is just at the edge for someone who drove only the normal cars. We had a short trip around 80-100kms. Setting everything up was just a glance. This is a spacious house with everything you need. Ingrid explained everything pretty well before the departure, the whole rental was pretty straight forward.

Hemos alquilado el campervan para 2 noches y fue super chulo el viaje. Coche esta muy cómodo, y los propietarios ganan 12 de 10 possible, es gente muy amable y bueno :-)

We had a lovely time with Rafael's camper! It is exactly as adverticed and Rafael and his wife were helpful and kind! We 100% reccomend you to take this van, which drove us around the island! The engine was powerful to get to anaga and to the teide. It had all the necessary for living, as toilet and kitchen!Really comfortable bed and well equipped!
