This was a last minute hire and Simon was very responsive.The motorhome was clean and well prepared despite coming back late the previous evening.Everything worked on board which is not often the case.This motorhome was smaller than the previous ones we had rented yet housed 6. This was at the expense of storage space and headroom in the overcab bed, but maneuverability was much better. For a 4-day trip it was the right choice.

Lorenzo was very friendly and readily available. The van was clean and had all the equipment as expected. It worked perfectly fine. We will repeat for sure if we come back to Gran Canaria!

Everithing was ok, car was clean and in the great condition. Owners are friendly, comunicated with whatsup perfectly and quick. 

We had an amazing week in Yerays van. It came equipped with everything we needed bedlinen, cooking supplies utensils etc, fridge and many more. It was cozy, comfortable and easy to get around in. And Yeray was the perfect host , super helpful and responsive  at everything we needed, he even drove us to the bus station after we returned the van !! 100% recommend :) 

We had a great rental experience with Maria, it was hassle-free and she was great to deal with. Mohai (her VW Westfalia) was a fantastic modern vehicle and such a great way to explore Tenerife, able to go anywhere while keeping socially distanced, it was very fuel-efficient too! 

La experiencia ha sido maravillosa. La caravana tiene de todo y José Carlos está pendiente para resolver cualquier problema. Éramos cuatro personas y no tuvimos problemas de espacio, ni para cocinar. La conducción de la caravana tiene su arte y una vez que te haces con ella es uno de los mejores momentos de la experiencia. 100% recomendable y volveremos a repetir.

I spent almost two weeks in Fuerteventura in November with Jose's van. I enjoyed the time very much. Jose was always available and helped me in every situation. Before I started the trip, he explained every detail of the vehicle, which was very important, whether on the road or camping . I found everything I needed in the well-equipped camper. I can only recommend this experience!!! Big thanks to Jose

The owner is very nice nd helpful. She answers very quickly and helps with all the practical stuff. When it comes to The van, it is from 2004, so dobt expect that everything is new and shiny. The waterpump leaks, and starts every now and then to pump preassure in the system. We solved this by turbibg it off when we didnt need it. So no big problem. Of the tree gass flames only one was fully functional. One only works at minimum flame, and one is not working. This was aldo no big problem for us. We did miss some kircheb ware like regular knives or som big chopping knives. We also had to buy stuff to clean kitcheb ware after use. Some of the blinds was not fully functional, but we got around this with no problem. All in all we are satisfied and if you understand what you get by renting an old van, so will you.

Great car and generally good experience with the trip and Ophelia team management. We took a car for a little trip around – from Lisbon to Porto and back with some smaller cities visited along the way. The car was spacious and accommodating . Some thing are well-thought out and are done so that intuitive is good enough. Like expanding cooking space and good lighting system with some smaller led light just for the night if needed. Car is very pleasant to look at and easy to find this watermelon in the crowded parking. I really wish there was a little bit more room for your belongings storage. Chairs and table take most of the underneath the bed space . Our bags were therefore placed right in the middle , which made them roll during driving. I also would recommend owners to consider some form of online deposit as carrying it around in cash was not the safest option.   That said , everything was returned as given , no problems on the way for us :)  Our experience was very positive. Team was always on the chat and easily available in case needed.  

This was our first van rental ever. It was such memorable experience. The owner was very helpful, van was fully equiped and Lanzarote Island has been truly lifetime experience. Van itself was in excellent condition, clean and equiped with everything you need for longer Stay. We were traveling couple and size of the van, equipment and layup was great. We never felt something is missing or something was making us stressed. Lanzarote is perfect place for this kind of traveling. We slept every night at different places, mostly beautiful beaches where you will wake up and go to swim even in December. Also, we slept on Locations next to vulcanos and National Park and there were no restrictions nobody was making us any problem staying and it was complety free. We were avoiding bigger towns and remain in quite and peaceful locations where we could have Location for ourself. Van owner has been very honest, profesional and into details and helped us to have very unique and memorable Experience that I would truly recommend to anybody.

Me and two friends had an amazing time in Fuerteventura with this campervan. The owner is also very relaxed and helpful. Would definitaly recommend! 

We explored the coast of Portugal with João's van. The van is super nice and even though we were in Portugal in the winter, the van wasn't too cold. João vas really welcoming and available all the time. He and his van made our time in Portugal even better. Thank you!

We spend almost 3 weeks in Xenia´s camper. We have no problem at all. Camper is very nice, reliable and spacious for two adults and two child. Xenia is very kind person and communication with her was always perfect. Highly recommend to others. Thanks a lot and take care!

We had a great trip in Tenerife and our experience with Andrei and his van could not have been better. Andrei picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and was very helpful with recommendations for things to do on the trip. The van worked great mechanically the entire time. When we did have a small issue Andrei was quick to respond and help. We had a headlight go out, and he immideiatly offered to replace it if we could meet him. I would recommend renting with Andrei to anyone!

Natascha is very welcoming and helpful. She quickly responded to the request and all questions, picked us up from the bus stop and gave some tips before our trip. She also speaks many languages and talking with her is entertaining. The campervan is well equipped and comfortable - there are things like coffee pot and cleaning supplies. The bedding and towels were fresh and smelled amazing. The water tanks are big enough for a couple to travel for a few days without worrying about refilling. It isn't difficult to drive the van even without experience, the rear camera is really helpful. Travelling in it gives you the opportunity to spend your holidays near Fuerteventura's hidden beautiful romantic beaches. It doesn't look like a converted van from outside so it's not visible that somebody's sleeping inside.

El viaje fue bonito porque la compañía era perfecta, pero es verdad que tras haber hecho varios viajes en Furgo con esta app me desencantó un poco el estado del vehículo: la expectativa vs. realidad y la atención al usuario de la propietaria.  1) El grifo no funcionaba y por lo tanto para abrirlo teníamos que usar un alicate. Es bastante incómodo teniendo en cuenta que en invierno y con el temporal de lluvia y nieve que teníamos no podíamos abrir el techo. Aseguraros de que está arreglado si vais a reservar.   2) Las cortinas de atrás tampoco funcionaban y una noche que tuvimos que aparcar carca de una luz fue un poco molesto porque teníamos el foco cerca... 3) El último día la furgoneta tuvo avería. Se le cayó en medio del viaje de vuelta la cubierta del chasis (gracias a Dios estábamos ya en el pueblo en el que teníamos que devolverla). Intentamos localizar a la dueña durante varias horas y no respondió al teléfono. Pudimos gestionar todo con el seguro pero el problema es que no te dejan movilizar el vehículo sin el consentimiento del dueño. Simplemente, comentar aquí a los dueños que de cara al futuro deberían estar más pendientes del móvil para evitar, como fue en nuestro caso, estar unas 5 horas intentando localizarles, así propiciarán que la experiencia de usuario sea mejor.  4) El precio es muy elevado. Yo no pagaría 67€ por esa furgoneta si hubiera sabido que estaba así.  Por último, y esto es algo personal que acabamos asumiendo pero que nos dio bastante pena y no queremos dejar de comentar. Les pedimos que nos dejaran la posibilidad de cambiar de fecha el viaje (Yescapa nos confirmó que si los propietarios están de acuerdo se puede hacer). Nuestro viaje coincidió con un temporal de nieve y lluvia en el norte de España, nos parecía arriesgado viajar. La propietaria se negó a ceder con este cambio, advirtiéndonos de que cualquier cambio debería ser avisado con 15 días de antelación. Entiendo su punto, me imagino que hacen esto por puro negocio, pero claro, con 15 días de antelación no puedes predecir un temporal, suelen saberse con 3-5 días de antelación. Y estando en invierno, desde mi punto de vista, un poco de flexibilidad en ese aspecto sería ideal.    Como punto positivo, la pareja de la propietaria fue muy amable en acercarme mi monedero que me lo había dejado en su furgoneta después de todo el trajín de la grúa, etc.   

Marten and his family took very well care of the camper. Responsible and clean. Will definitely recommend Marten with family for future rentals! Hope they enjoyed their travels as much as we enjoyed them as renters.

This was one of the best vacations we had so far! We've arrived at the Las Palmas airport on the 27th of november at 10:10 where we collected the motorhome and started our journey around the island. The first 2-3 days were a bit rainy but a part of that everything went as planned. The motorhome was well equiped with everyday items. Each of us also got 2 pairs of towels for the beach and the shower. The owner (Ilaria) was available all the time during our trip.
