We had great experience with Miri and  her van, so first she is an amazimg person. And she guided us with everything we needed to know. The van is drives smoth with great a/c. You got all the equipment to live on the road. The bad really comfy. And the fridge is very big. Highly recommend!!!

Todo genial! Jon estuvo muy atento y respondió siempre rápido nuestras dudas. Nos envío previamente varios videos explicativos del funcionamiento de la van, muy útiles. Manejarla por el norte de España fue un placer, y nos resultó comoda a los 3. La parte de la vivienda (baño, cocina, camas) está completa y funciona todo bien (aunque algunas cosas son sensibles o tienes que encontrale la vuelta, como las persianas, pero todo solucionable). Muy recomendable todo.

The rental experience from start to finish was totally seamless. Tiago was extremely professional, communicative, friendly and forthcoming with advice and recommendations. And the van was ideal. Easy to drive/park, comfortable, well-equipped and perfect for what we needed.  There were a few minor issues that he alerted us to before we left but they didn't impact our trip much and he agreed to sort them as soon as the van was dropped off. All in all, would definitely recommend. 

Encantados con nuestra primera experiencia usando Yescapa y con la furgo de Eva y Juan Carlos. La furgo está super bien equipada, organizada y muy muy comoda. No nos hizo falta nada en ningún momento. La comunicación con Eva y Juan Carlos fue super fácil y estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros cuando tuvimos algunas preguntas y/o necesitabamos algunas sugerencia. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es cuando hay que devolver la furgo y hacer la limpieza porque no hay lugares cerca donde se recoge/entrega la furgo para vaciar los tanques de aguas grises/negras. Por el resto 11/10 y con muchas ganas de repetir.

It was a pleasure to rent to Patricia and her family. Communication was easy before and during the rental and they returned the van in very clean condition. They were enthusiastic about their experience, which made me very happy. Thanks Patricia, hope to see you again soon!

    My girlfriend and I rented “Miss Peanut” (the name of the van) for 9 days and it was one of the best holidays we ever had. The car is so cozy and nice - I will recommend everyone to rent this car if you want to have the best experience ever! 🚌🚌🚌   

Protocolo de entrega catastrofico. Por lo general son buenas personas, pero perdimos mucho tiempo por aspecto que consideramos no relevantes para el alquiler.Sino todo bien

Esperienza molto positiva! Il camper di Luca ci ha permesso di girare in autonomia e visitare posti bellissimi. Molto maneggevole, facile da guidare, ha tutte le comodità necessarie a un viaggio on the road! Luca poi è sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, siamo stati molto fortunati a incontrare un ragazzo così!

Excellent experience - very helpful hosts, took the time to answer all our questions in advance and were on-hand the whole trip. Motorhome was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip around the moutains with 3 adults and a dog.  Large fridge and everything for your cooking needs.  Loads of storage and comfy beds - what more could you possible need! Highly recommend

Perfect! If there was an option to give 10 stars I would definitely rate it 10 stars and even more. Tiafo was amazing! Give us all the information we need, explained everything we need to know before we go on the roads and gave us awesome recommendations! Tha RV is great, perfect for a couple. Warm water, electricy, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. I recommend taking bikes and wifi as an extra, extremely helpful. Tiago was available all day to any questions we had during our rental. He met us for the check in and out in a convinient spots that we chose together. Our experience with both the RV and Tiago was just perfect. We will definitely contact Tiago on our next journey to Portugal.

Thank you so much to Connor for the fantastic rental of his van for the weekend! We had an amazing time and loved everything about the trip! The bed was so comfy and waking up in the morning and opening the door and sitting in bed with a cup of coffee was our favourite thing. Connor explained how to use everything on the van thoroughly and has kitted it out with everything you could need. Highly recommend to anyone! 

Ha sido un viaje increible!! Era la primera vez que mi novia y yo íbamos en furgo y nos ha encantado. Hemos Estado en Portugal 5 días y nos ha encantado. Daniel y su hermano Pablo son unas personas muy amables que nos han ayudado con todas las dudas que nos han ido surgiendo antes, después y durante el viaje. Fueron súper flexibles para la recogida y también para dejar la caravana. La caravana está genial, muy nueva y recién camperizada. Tiene todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar del viaje, no echamos en falta nada. Tienen ayudas a la conducción que hacen muy cómodo viajar (control de crucero, Cámara trasera, bloqueo del freno para salir en cuesta...) por otro lado, al ser tan nueva no consume casi nada. Volvería a repetir 100%

Miguel is a total sweetheart and a great, easy-going guy. Communication was great and the car was tip top, it also had everything you need for camping at the beach. Can only recommend <3

Everything about our rental with Navvan was great from the communication prior to booking to the check out process. The hosts were extremely friendly and very kind, giving us many suggestions to beautiful beaches and cities to visit on our trip. They were available via messenger any time and truly made our trip an unforgettable one. The van itself was clean, well designed, extremely functional and easy to drive. We did not use the portable toilet and had the outside shower daily. The cabin was good for driving, although we did not enjoy driving more than 3 hours at a time. There were many hidden treats like an instant camera to use, soft towels, etc. We will definitely use Navvan again! 

Great experience! 

The campervan was very good and we enjoyed our trip generally. However it was very complicated process dealing with the owner directly who called us and suggested we deal with him or risk loosing the vehicle due to our late notice for booking. We transfered him money via bank deposit (rather then through the app) directly and this complicated everything thereafter. We were also having trouble with our phones and emails being from outside the UK and reliant on WIFI whilst trying to book/reserve the vehicle. We did not receive the email with return/handover instructions. The return/handover process was not clear and as a result we had to cancel our train tickets and then even nearly missed our rescheduled train, booked for later in the day when we realised how involved the process was. We had to drive 5 miles from pickup/drop off point to the owners preferred cleaner, the we sat around for 2 hours waiting for the van to be cleaned before the owner would accept the return. We then had to change the gas bottle (1/2) over even though it was still 95% full at our cost (£30) when the agreement stated this was included in the hire. We were also charged £250 for the vehicle to be machine buffed when we returned due to aleged scratches which I doubt we caused, but by this stage had enough and did not want to argue and risk delaying the return of our security deposit even further. It took 6 days to receive the security deposit back after the return day which makes the rest of our holiday tight. Wouldn't use this owner again.

For me, Nicolas was easy to get along with, he kept his word and was accommodating to make it work for everyone involved. simple and easy to communicate with and the Van was in good condition after the rent. he gave more Diesel then what was in from the beginning.   Thanks and I was happy to rent the van to you🙏🏻😊👍🏻
