All perfect as always. That was our second time renting Owen's van, and all went great as the first time. Owen is very kind and flexible with pickup and return time. Vehicle conditions are great, easy to drive.

The vehicle is very clean and well equipped. There is a 360 camera which is very convenient for amateur drivers. The owner is very kind. Answered my questions promptly whenever I ask on my trip.

The owner, with his wife, went out of their way to help us and to accommodate our needs. He was very informative regarding the usage of the vehicle, as well as to give us some tips for the roads and permits needed in Europe. The vehicle was very neat and tidy, and well equipped with all we needed for the trip. He even brought us an extra tent for in case our adult children needed more space and would like to sleep outside the motorhome. They communicated very well with us and kept us posted. He was also very helpful with arrangements to and from our hotel/airport.

Everything was awesome! The RV is very good and has anything you´ll may need. The host is amazing, she helped us during our stay and explained all needed details. 100% recommend to anyone!The transfer from/to the airport worked fine also.Only keep in mind about the RV dimensions while you´re planning your stay in Palma, not all streets/places are made for a vehicle with this size (mainly the width).

The owners are very responsive and caring. They prepared informative videos and text documents with the necessary information for renting the motorhome. They created a Whatsapp group to communicate during the trip and provided advice on various topics.The motorhome is getting on in years.

Hired this vehicle a year before for the same event and Andy was as helpful this time as before. Van hadn't changed, clean, did everything we needed of it. Will use again when we require

The owner responds fairly fast. The RV is pretty old and has almost 120000 kilometers on it. Several parts are not working well, for example, the ceiling light in front, and the light in the toilet. My overall experience with this RV is not good because of the battery and electrical system. When I picked up the RV, the battery test light is flashing and I was told that the battery works. However, it turns out the battery is not working at all, so brought a lot of inconveniences (we do not have lights, water pump, unless connected to a wall electric outlet). Every night we had to find a campground with electricity.In the last two days, the fuse of the RV broke and we did not have electricity even though we connected to a wall electric outlet. Tried to reset the fuse break many many without success. Very frustrating experience.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le merveilleux camping-car de Patrick. Patrick était très amical et attentif et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Le camping-car lui-même est très confortable - les lits étaient parfaits - et je le recommanderais sans hésiter!

Great people and clean motor home. We had some issues with the fridge not cooling and they happily came and replaced it with no charge. Sylvia and Alberto were such nice people, would definitely recommend hiring their motor home when in Mallorca.

All smooth, easy communication via WhatsApp and the RV was great.

We had a great time with the van during our 9 days in the Basque.We slept in a different place in the countryside each time and explored the beauty of the Basque Country, including a little detour to Hossegor, France.Eñaut is very friendly and also explained everything to us very well and was on call for any help we needed. We started our rental with a test drive.The car drove well for its age and climbed hills, you just have to get used to it a bit, act with feeling and love and don't rush anywhere. Just enjoy the slow ride, which in turn brings beautiful views of the countryside. The built in westfalia is a cool thing and sleeping was comfortable too. The advantage is that when the roof is raised, the car creates a space in front of the kitchen where one can stand normally without being forced to bend over and cook in the kitchen. We also used the portable gas cooker that Eñaut provides and prepared our meals outside.The only problem we had on the whole trip was during refuelling, when the service station attendant filled our tank full and then some, when suddenly a diesel leak started and a good 5 litres spilled out onto the ground. So for peace of mind, we recommend that the attendant be advised that they should not fill above the line and prefer to only fill up to 3/4 of the tank.Overall satisfaction and we can recommend for the enthusiastic traveler who is not chasing anywhere and rather wants to enjoy the holiday slowly with advantrue.
