    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

Available Pick-up and return times: Sun. to Wed. - 00:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Thu. to Sat. - 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Vehicle handover: approx. 1 hour 30 minutes.

Our experience, for long journeys (over 1000km each way) I recommend renting for 10 days or more. As you will need about 12 to 16 hours per 1000km.
