Insurance
Insurance will be included in the price and paid by owner, however the Renters details will require to be submitted 48 hour before travel or the motorhome will not be covered on the day of travel. Excess is £1500 for the hire. All Renters must have C1 on their license, due to the Motorhome being over 7 Meters in length and weight of over 4500kg ( 4.5 Ton ). Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure guarantee
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
