Minimum rental duration is 3 days, except:

April: from 11 to 24 minimum duration of 7 days (Easter)

August: from 1 to 31 minimum duration of 7 days (summer)

September: from 1 to 4, minimum duration of 7 days (summer)

December: from 2 to 11, minimum duration of 5 days (December bridge)

December: from January 23 to 8, minimum duration of 5 days (Christmas)
