Insurance
Insurance excess required is £500, this can be completed partly or fully by bank transfer, with the remainder in cash on collection day. I will require copies of drivers licence, passport and 2 proofs of address, one of which must be a utility bill, for each driver. The following statements must also apply to each driver; A is 21 years of age or over but under 70 years of age. B has held a full UK or EU driving licence for at least one year if 25 years of age or over or two years if between 21 and 24 years of age. C is not engaged in professional gambling,sport or entertainment, hawking or general dealing,street or market trading, or modelling. D has not been involved in more than one motoring accident or claim within the preceding three years. E has not been convicted of any motoring offence or has a prosecution pending other than parking or one speeding offence. F has referred any medical condition requiring Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) notification and authorisation has been granted by the DVLA. (UK only) G has not been refused motor insurance at normal rates and terms or has not been declined insurance or had any insurance policy cancelled by an Insurer.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure guarantee
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
