- Driver must be in age between 21 and 70 years old with clean driving licence of UK, EU, USA or Australia. Other driving licence or points on licence can be acceptable for insurance purposes although there could be an extra charge. - If you've got British licence maximum 6 points are allowed. - No insurance available if you had drink driving conviction. - Additional photo ID required, - Two proofs of addresses required matching the address on driving licence. Personal injury or belongings cover are not provided and we advise you take your out your own travel insurance or precautions to insure your belongings. The excess for windscreen damage is £600 The security deposit will cover the cost of minor repairs. If the cost exceeds the security deposit then the whole of the security deposit is held by us. Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure guarantee
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
