Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Willkommen bei unserem HappyCamper 😊 Unser Camper ist kein anonymer Mietwohnwagen, sondern unser eigener Liebhaber-Wohnwagen, den wir über viele Jahre hinweg individuell, mit viel Zeit und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet haben. Genau so nutzen wir ihn auch selbst – als kleinen Rückzugsort, um unterwegs zu entschleunigen und sich wohlzufühlen. Wir freuen uns, wenn ihr unseren Wohnwagen genauso schätzt und pfleglich behandelt wie wir. Deshalb vermieten wir ihn ausschließlich in liebevolle Hände und nicht für Festivalbesuche oder Partynutzung. Auch Haustiere können wir leider nicht erlauben.
