    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

  • Pick-up

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

Camper Rental Terms and ConditionsOur camper is almost new (less than 2-3 years old) and is ideal for a maximum of two adults and one child. It is fully equipped with air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable trip.We take great care of our camper and are delighted to share it with our guests. We kindly ask you to treat it as if it were your own.Security DepositThe security deposit may be partially or fully retained in the event of damage, breakdowns or failure to comply with the return conditions.Possible deductions from the security deposit:
  • Fuel: if the fuel tank is not returned at the same level as when the vehicle was collected, €50 will be deducted.
  • Water tanks and toilet: if the grey water tank, chemical toilet (Porta Potti) or fresh water tank are not returned in the required condition, €150 will be deducted.
  • Damage: any scratches, dents, breakages or other damage not present before the rental will be charged according to the actual repair or replacement cost.
Important
  • Any damage to the awning will result in the full loss of the security deposit.
  • Driving to Cofete or on unpaved roads or tracks that are not officially authorised is strictly prohibited and will result in the total loss of the security deposit, due to the high risk of damage.
