With more than 50 years of expertise in technical support in Spain, IPA answers more than 2,000,000 phone calls and mediates over 700,000 accidents per year, with a total of more than 860,000 paid out claims.

A specialised department is available 24/7 to help you in the event of an accident during the period of the rental.

Terms of use

The support consists of a personal support that allows the renter to overcome the emergency situations that might happen during their travels.

• The coverage insures the accidents, thefts and/or breakdowns everywhere as long as the accident location does not represent a danger to the emergency services.
• The support must be contacted by phone at the following number: +34 902 05 36. IPA is available 24/7

The geographical domain of the coverage extends 15 kilometres around the residence everywhere in Europe. You will benefit from the guarantee of repairs 'in situ'.

Who is insured

All the passengers of the vehicle are covered by this insurance in the event of an accident or a breakdown of said vehicle.

The coverage of the vehicle extends to the trailer it can tow.

To benefit from this coverage, the insured shall reside in Spain or have a passport. The insured cannot travel for more than 60 consecutive days.

Coverage in the event

• Organise the final repair 'in situ'
• Facilitate the necessary means to realise a final repair on the accident breakdown location.

In the event of 'in situ' repairs, each party is obliged to:

The insurance company:

• The sending of the necessary means to repair the vehicle.
• The labour cost.

The insured:

• Handling of the spare parts costs and other gear.
• Handling of the lubricants, fuel and ingredients used during the repairs or support.

If the vehicle cannot be repaired 'in situ', the Insurer will organise the towing or the transfer of the vehicle insured.
