Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Alquilamos la Camper para hacer una escapada de tres días y la experiencia ha sido increíble! La Camper es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Está muy bien equipada y es muy cómoda, tanto en el habitáculo como en la conducción. La decoración esta hecha con mucho mimo y personalidad. Dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, lavar platos, ropa de cama, etc.
La comunicación con Paula fue excelente, es muy amable y simpática, estuvo en todo momento disponible y dispuesta a resolver cualquier duda . Recomendamos 100% la experiencia tanto por la Camper en si como por el buen trato con la propietaria.
Seguro repetiriamos !!!

Alquilamos la caravana para hacer una escapada de fin de semana y la experiencia fue increíble! La caravana es hermosa, tal cual como se la ve en las fotos. Súper equipada y cómoda. Cuenta con calefacción, cocina, nevera, baño y camas súper cómodas, todo en perfecto estado. Además de estar muy cuidada y decorada, cuenta con todos los utensilios y herramientas necesarios. La comunicación con Paula fue excelente, es súper simpática y amable y estuvo siempre disponible y dispuesta a dar una mano. Recomendamos al 1000%!! :)
