If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Pour nous ce fut une première expérience,et on en garde que de très bon souvenir..... propriétaire très sympa, arrangeant.. tout c est très bien passé, d'ailleurs une nouvelle location est déjà prévu chez ce propriétaire,possédant aujourd'hui un camping car un peu plus moderne.....

Fabrice est quelqu'un de très correct, prenant le temps de montrer le fonctionnement du véhicule ainsi que tous les équipements de confort rajoutés par ses soins
Confiant au détour de phrases les petits noms laissés à ses véhicules, on sait que le véhicule est bien préparé pour soit même prendre la route avec des vivres conservés à bonnes température dans le frigo, que de trouver des bonnes astuces avec les guides laissés
C'est en toute confiance que j'ai pris la route et je n'hésiterai pas à repasser par ses services.
