Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Ada a été très réactive et chaleureuse !
L’annonce correspond tout à fait aux prestations du fourgon.
Le fourgon est très bien aménagé pour y vivre plusieurs jours et visiter la Sicile !
En résumé, c’est une location qui s’est très bien passée du début à la fin !

Our experience with Guido (the van) was wonderful. Fully equipped, easy to ride and comfortable, it was the perfect way to travel across Sicily for a week.
Ada is a wonderful host, she provided us all the information needed to fully enjoy our trip and gave us many advices. She is very reactive and flexible, it was a pleasure to deal with her and she is very reassuring in case of any needs.
We can only recommend this rental with this quality for a trip in Sicily. Thank you again, we will definitely be back.

Nous avons passé une super semaine avec Guido. Tout est très bien pensé dans ce fourgon: espace cuisine, lit, espace sanitaire. Il y a également une douche chaude mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé.
Seul petit bémol, pas de calles pour garer le véhicule la nuit.
Ada a ete très disponible et de bons conseils sur l'itinéraire.
Nous recommandons vivement!

Super experiencia con la furgo de Ada recorriendo Sicilia ! Super funcional y con todo lo necesario para vivir la mejor experiencia camper.
Los propietarios son super simpáticos y responden enseguida por whatsapp. Además nos ha recomendado sitios para visitar y spots perfectos para dormir.

Really good experience. The van is big and well equipt for a trip in Sicily. Ada was very helpful and everything went smooth. Also she went over and above when we left something in the van. Highly reccomend
