If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Super première expérience. Nous souhaitions tester avant un éventuel achat. Ça a bien confirmé notre projet. Mais avant de le concrétise, pourquoi pas renouveler l'expérience car tout s'est bien passé avec le van et avec Samuel très sympa et arrangeant.

Samuel qui nous a loué son Van est très agréable, il a été très arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de retour du Van.
Le véhicule était en parfait état, nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise, un grand merci pour cette semaine de vacances!

Excellent séjour à bord du van de Samuel. Le van était dans un excellent état, agréable à la conduite et très confortable. Samuel est resté à notre disposition si nous avions des questions.
