Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Fizemos a nossa primeira viagem de Autocaravana em família, durante 4 dias e foi uma experiência incrível. É realmente uma boa maneira de explorar todos os cantinhos do país sentindo-nos sempre super confortáveis com a "casa às costas". A autocaravana era muito confortável e super bem estimada, e a amabilidade do proprietário que nos esclareceu qualquer dúvida, deixou-nos sem dúvidas de que é para repetir! 10 estrelas!

O Sr. António é excelente. A comunicação foi ótima, mostrou-se sempre disponível e simpático.
A autocaravana é ótima e está muito bem estimada. Tem tudo o que é necessário para passar uns dias em família/amigos.
A experiência foi fantástica. Fomos os 4 cá de casa - os pais e 2 filhos de 3 e 7 anos. Nós adultos gostámos imenso, mas as crianças deliraram! Não param de falar nisso! Foi um fim-de-semana muito agradável e divertido.
Será para repetir!
Recomendo a 200%!
