If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

In overall my rental was good, BUT:
- the contact with the owner was terrible, she replied to my messages after many hours or not at all,
- as it was in the ad, the hot water should be included, but we got almost empty gas container, which ended after 3 days (we took shower 3 times and cooked 2 times). So we had to buy new gas container ourselves…
- the waste water pipes were clogged and did not drain properly,
- there is no power converter included, had to rent it for €20

We rented a van for 10 days. At the moment of picking up the vehicle, we found a problem with the closing of a door due to the heat, and immediately Pedro changed the van for another exactly the same. The van was well-kept and almost new. Everything was great. We will repeat!
