¡Hola! Somos Fran y Ana. Nos encanta la naturaleza y nos apasionan los viajes y ,de la manera que más nos gusta viajar es en autocaravana por la libertad que nos da. Por eso, queremos que tú también vivas esta aventura de viajar en auto y que disfrutes de todos los lugares hermosos que tiene la isla de Tenerife.
Nuestra autocaravana es muy cómoda y espaciosa. Ideal para parejas y familias. Tiene todo lo necesario para que disfrutes de unas agradables vacaciones, como menaje de cocina( vajilla, cubiertos, tazas, calderos, sartén, cafetera, etc), toallas, sábanas, edredones, productos de limpieza, juegos de mesa, etc)
Bajo solicitud, el traslado al aeropuerto Norte ó Sur tendrá un cargo adicional.
No se permite salir con la autocaravana fuera de la isla de Tenerife.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Wir können das Wohnmobil an sich, als auch die sehr netten Vermieter absolut empfehlen!
Selbst als das Radio nicht mehr funktionierte wurde uns sofort eine Reparatur oder ein Bluetooth speaker angeboten.
Jederzeit wieder!!
We can absolutely recommend the camper itself, as well as the very nice owner!
Even when the radio stopped working, we were immediately offered a repair or a Bluetooth speaker.

Ha sido nuestra primera experiencia en alquiler de autocaravana, y Fran y Ana han sido geniales, muy cercanos, muy amables, nos lo han facilitado al máximo todo. La auto caravana tiene literalmente de todo! Hemos estado super a gusto y cómodos en ella y con ellos. SI volvemos a Tenerife repetimos con ellos seguro, son un amor. Muchas gracias familia!
