Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

The van is ideal: very modern and simple to operate, and it drives like a car. It has a rearview camera for reversing. The beds are extremely comfortable.
Andre was just great to deal with. He has everything setup to professional standards but is personally available for any advice you need. We'll definitely be renting from him again. Can't recommend highly enough. You won't find a better price for such a high-quality van, delivered with such dependable service.

Hemos estado casi 4 días muy cómodos y una libertad que no la da un hotel. El propietario del vehículo ha resuelto cualquier duda que nos ha ido surgiendo durante nuestro viaje. El día de nuestra llegada, nos recibió y nos dió todo tipo de explicaciones respecto al uso de la caravana. Sin duda repetiremos la experiencia ya que 4 días se nos hizo corto. La caravana en perfecto estado y limpia. Tamaño ideal para dos personas y para manejarla con facilidad por según que pueblos.

We have had a wonderful first experience of road-trip thanks to André's camper Van. It fully looks like in the description and is ideal to discover Andalousia as a couple. Heating and hot water capacities are adequate to feel at home even during winter season. André and his brother Luiz are very concerned by their host well-being and ready to help and provide assistance at any time. This was very much appreciated as beginners.
