Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We had the most amazing trip in the van. It was well kitted out with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing camping experience. The van was clean and tidy and drove well. The process to book, pick up and deliver was smooth and well communicated. Jose was very friendly and easy to deal with. We highly recommend booking with Jose!

Jose Manuel es super amable, nos ayudó con todas nuestras preguntas y fue muy fácil comunicar con el, su furgo es muy bien equipada y súper fácil a manejar. Fue mi primer viaje en furgo y fue estupendo. 100% recomiendo.
Jose Manuel is a very nice person, he helped us with all our enquiries and communicating with him was really easy. His van is really well equipped and very easy to drive. It was my first travel in van and it was amazing. I 100% recommend!

La comunicación con José Manuel, el propietario, fue muy fácil y relajada. La furgoneta se conduce muy bien, es muy estable y si quieres hacer kilómetros la furgoneta responde bien. Montar y desmontarar la cama es fácil. Por cierto, la cama es muy cómoda!
Nosotros disfrutamos la furgui a tope!!

Todo perfecto, eramos dos amigos y el tamaño de la furgo fue perfecto (muy práctica y versátil). Super equipada, muy completa! Además Jose siempre fue muy atento y amable
