Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

The van is really compact and therefore comfortable to drive, like a normal car. As it is also quite compact on the inside, it may not be the most comfortable choice for tall people. But for us as a family with 2 small children, it worked great. Thanks for the great experience!

La experiencia con la Camper fue excelente y más aún con Raquel y Mariza que tuvieron un gesto invalorable, ya que al tener la camper algunos detalles menores tuvieron la iniciativa de devolvernos un porcentaje del alquiler, y en efectivo, lo que habla que son personas de bien! más allá de esos detalles la Camper es hermosa y es tal cual el anuncio, así que volveríamos a alquilarla sin dudas o recomendarla, gracias por todo fue un placer !! A near-perfect stay: very clean van in great condition, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchenette. Everything worked like a charm. Mariza & Raquel are very sweet and helpful people. They even provided some nice extras: pepper, salt, coffee, biscuits... Would definitely recommend.
