Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Sandro et Sara ont été très disponibles et réactifs pendant toute la durée du voyage ! Très gentils et serviables.
Ils nous ont donné beaucoup d'informations avant le voyage.
Le camping car a répondu à toutes nos attentes.
Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines au Portugal grâce à eux !

It was a wonderful experience. Sara and Sandro provided us with everything wee needed and even gave us fruits from their garden for our two kids. We didn't have to pay for any consumable items such as the gas bottle for cooking, the toilet chemicals or others.
Sara and Sandro always responded very quickly and helped with every problem. Unfortunately, I drove a bump into the back of the camper. Still, the two were very kind and we could solve the issue without any hassle.
The Camper itself is not the youngest or strongest model but ist still handled even the mountains in the north. We liked going around with it very much. Thank you, Sara and Sandro!

It was a great experience! The car was very clean and drove like expected for a van of his age. We did some mountain villages in the north and the van handled it very well. On the highway it's easy to go 100 km/h. The inside is spacious with a lot of free space. Everything was provided by the owners, gaz, spices, towels etc. So you can just put you luggage and go.

Todos os anos, eu a minha Família, partimos em busca de novos lugares, lugares que nos preenchem, que nos proporcionam novas experiências, que nos satisfazem os sentidos. Partimos em busca de tranquilidade, simplicidade, do contacto com a Natureza, do som do mar, dos pássaros a cantar.
Durante vários anos, eu e a minha esposa, Sara, exploramos lugares com a nossa tenda. Depois do nascimento dos nossos filhotes, utilizamos alojamentos rurais com cozinha. Este ano, decidimos que a Autocaravana seria a melhor forma de continuarmos a nossa exploração de lugares com os nossos filhotes. A casa anda "às costas", temos cama sempre feita, cozinha e casa de banho disponíveis, sem a necessidade de andar a preparar malas para o próximo destino. Sem dúvida, uma alternativa mais prática para quem tem filhos pequeninos. Gostaríamos de partilhar a nossa Autocaravana com outras Famílias exploradoras :-)
