Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Estuvimos el puente de Diciembre con la autocaravana de Roberto. Antes del viaje se preocupo por resolver nuestras dudas, le pedimos un edredón extra y nos lo dejo. Todo fueron facilidades, además durante el viaje nos resolvió todas las dudas y estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Sin duda, si repetimos experiencia volveremos a alquilar la caravana de Roberto.

De lujo, tanto la recogida como la entrega, muy rápido y fácil. Gente muy amable y cercana. La furgoneta muy equipada tanto para conducir como para "vivir", no falta de nada. Hemos dormido fenomenal, la cama súper cómoda.

Perfecta la atención que nos han dispensado. Roberto Alejandro estuvo disponible a todas horas para resolver cualquier duda que tuvimos. El vehículo va de maravilla. Las contenidas dimensiones hacen que circular por carreteras estrechas de montaña, como lo han sido mayormente en nuestro caso, sea relajado. Hemos obtenido exactamente lo que se nos ofrecía en esta página, así que es una opción muy aconsejable.
