Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Van de grande qualité, très pratique et bien équipé, il ne lui manque rien pour des vacances loin de tout. Les propriétaires sont très à l’écoute et disponibles pour répondre aux éventuelles questions. A recommander fortement!

Très belle expérience. Avis aux amateurs des Marco polo, car ils sont rares sur ce site ! Vous avez affaire là à des amoureux de la marque, et ils ne sont pas les seuls !!! Vous pouvez y aller. Excellent véhicule. Super propriétaire.

Famille avec 2 enfants. Nous avons investi dans ce Van car notre fils fait du vélo de route en haut niveau donc nous sommes amenés à aller loin. Afin de rentabiliser ce véhicule nous le louons quand nous ne l'utilisons pas.
Porte vélo sur Hayon pour 4 vélos. Store déroulant sur le côté. WC chimique chaines ou chaussettes neige frigo chauffage autonome webasto...
