Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Très belle expérience avec le camping-car de Jacky. Jacky est quelqu'un de très avenant et précis dans ses explications. RAS sur l'état du camping car qui a été parfait pour notre voyage de 10 jours à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants).

Nous étions un couple sans expérience de CC. Jacky est une personne très pédagogue, prévenant et soucieux de notre bien être qui a pris le temps de tout bien nous expliquer, et de nous rassurer. Nous avons passé 1 mois en Norvège en autonomie dans ce superbe CC, très bien équipé, douche et WC séparés. Notre séjour a été une belle et fantastique expérience que nous comptons renouveler. Merci encore à Jacky pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et sa confiance.

Camping-car moderne et très bien équipé, rien ne manque ! Agréable sur la route comme à l'intérieur. WC et douches séparés, porte entre la chambre et l'habitacle, matelas confortable, bref le top ! 2 adultes et 2 enfants aucun problème.
Propriétaire sympa et disponible qui prend le temps de tout expliquer.

Bonjour; Je loue mon camping car en très bon état avec un faible kilométrage (17000kms) et moteur de 155cv. Véhicule entièrement équipé qui vous permettra de voyager en toute liberté. Tous les accessoires sont fournis (voir description complète dans la présentation du véhicule) .Petit animal de compagnie accepté. Place de parking lors de la récupération du camping car.
