Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

El viaje ha sido maravilloso. Desde el momento que reservamos la autocaravana, Sergio se puso en contacto con nosotros y también nos hizo saber que durante el viaje podíamos llamarle si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. La AC fenomenal, muy completa y comodísima, ningún tipo de queja o comentario, todo muy bien. Sin duda, el año que viene repetiremos viaje con esta AC.

Muy contentos con nuestra experiencia, fuimos 7 dias por el norte de catalunya y sud de francia. Asi pues pudimos ver el buen funcionamiento de la autocaravana,
muy recomendada .
