Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Mejor, imposible. 5 amigas hemos pasado unos días espectaculares, disfrutando del precioso norte y con todas las comodidades en un esta maravilla de caravana. Ha sido genial, gracias Iñaki por todo y por hacernos el viaje mejor, aun si cabe. Totalmente recomendable

Iñaki and his wife are great people, with a great campervan. Its really big and in really good shape.
Especially the additional things are provided for free: towel blankets, table and camping seats etc. Moreover, there are all technical helpful things on board: different water hose adaptors etc.
All in all a perfect rental campervan.

La autocaravana es estupenda, tiene muy buena distribución y se conduce muy bien. Y Lorea e Iñaki se esfuerzan por hacer del viaje un momento más agradable y memorable si cabe. Los detalles en la preparación, la limpieza y el estado de la autocaravana, la atención en todo momento y todas las facilidades que nos han puesto han hecho que nos lo hayamos pasado muy bien. Viajamos 4 personas y una perrita y ha sido una experiencia que nos ha hecho muy felices y que recordaremos siempre.
