- Must have held a valid category B driving licence for at least 2 years (a copy of both sides of your driving licence must be added to your profile)
- For all UK licence holders: Renters must provide Yescapa with a licence check which can be generated on the DVLA website in order to verify that your licence is acceptable under the insurance policy
- Must not have an occupation which goes against the insurance conditions.
Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Graham’s Camper was fantastic, clean well equipped and a real pleasure to drive. We had a great long weekend in Wales. Graham was fantastic to deal with all the way through whole process was stress free which is what you want before a breakaway.

The campervan was perfect. Great handover from the owner. Thorough and professional. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and was very easy to drive. Really comfortable for four of us to sleep in for four nights. HIghly recommend.

Hired Big Red for a festival weekend and absolutely loved it!!! Van was clean and well equipped. It was great just to pitch up and only have to sort out the bed rather than putting up a tent! Would definitely recommend and we are looking to hire again for next year

We had a fantastic trip in Graham's VW transporter. It has been converted to a very high standard and has obviously been looked after with meticulous care. It was such a joy to drive and sleep in and we would definitley like to hire it again. We had such a great experience hiring from Graham and any stress was eliminated from a trip that involved a number of miles! Thank you!

We rented 'Big Red' for a long weekend on the North Norfolk Coast and couldn't have been happier (actually it drives effortlessly and doesn't FEEL big at all, for example it fits into a normal car parking space at the supermarket). Graham was brilliant, giving us a friendly, thorough and confident introduction to his VW Campervan & and we felt that he would always be there at the end of the phone should we have any quibbles or queries (which we didn't). Myself & my wife were very comfortable on the convertible sofa bed and my teenage son had no complaints (an absolute rarity!) about his pop-up space upstairs. The Campervan was immaculate and contained EVERYTHING we needed over our weekend including salt,pepper, coffee, washing up bowl etc... Everything worked as it should and we're now converted to 'Van Life'. A professional & pleasant experience from start to finish!

We hired Big Red for 3 nights, it was our first time Campervan experience. Graham the owner gave us a very clear induction on how to use everything and even gave us some good tips. The campervan is immaculate and has all the essentials you could need for a trip. My husband said it drives really well too. We had a fantastic adventure in Big Red and would highly recommend. The pick up and drop off was really smooth and Graham is so helpful and friendly. Thank you we have made some wonderful memories.
