Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

La furgo es una maravilla. Tienes el espacio suficiente para estar a gusto durante 8 días y, al mismo tiempo, un tamaño contenido para no perderte ni un solo recoveco de la isla. La atención de Estíbaliz fue estupenda. ¡Súper recomendable!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo noleggiato il Van di Estíbaliz per 4 giorni, il camper è bellissimo e tenuto in maniera ottima, non ha avuto nessun problema e si guida benissimo.
bellissimo il fatto di aprire le porte dietro e godersi il panorama direttamente dal letto.
Il van ha tutto: doccia calda, lavandino, frigo, gas e forno, oltre al letto con la tv con Netflix:
abbiamo dormito una notte a Los Silos, una notte a San Juan e una notte al Teide.
esperienza fantastica che rifaremo sicuramente perché ti permette di girare tutta l'isola di Tenerife e dormire ogni giorno in una location da sogno.

No puedo decir más que cosas buenas sobre esta experiencia, sobre la furgo de Estíbaliz y sobre ella!
La furgo era increíble, tal y como se ve en las fotos , comodisima para dormir para comer para conducir y para ducharse!
Estíbaliz súper atenta en todo momento, es un encanto , repetiremos 100%
