Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Super première expérience en van pour nous (un coupleu + bébé de 2 ans). Le véhicule est bien aménagé, conforme à la description et très bien équipé, tout le nécessaire est fourni. Les contacts avec Jérémy, le propriétaire, se sont très bien déroulés !

Excellent séjour de plus de 10 jours dans ce van très bien aménagé, confortable et bien équipé avec en bonus une grande douche et un vrai matelas. La banquette avec vue extérieure est idéale pour chiller. Parfait pour faire le tour de l'île et même vadrouiller sur les routes de montagne.
Propriétaire toujours disponible.

Jeremy est très arrangeant, sympa et pro. Un van 5* grâce à la douche et à l'eau chaude. Literie confortable et deco très cosy, expérience à renouveler rapidement! 😊
