Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Primero de todo quiero agradecer a Nuria y a Iñaki por la gran calidad humana con la que nos han tratado.
Desde el minuto uno, nos dieron todas las facilidades posibles y nos facilitaron toda la información que se necesita, desde un tutorial por vídeo de la autocaravana hasta las aplicaciones para poder acampar en los sitios adecuados. Iñaki al recoger el vehículo nos enseñó todo lo necesario para su funcionamiento.
La autocaravana está impecable, al recogerla parecía recién salida del concesionario. Equipada con todo lo necesario, desde el set de sillas y mesa hasta el alargador para la carga eléctrica.
Si queréis ir sobre seguro está es vuestra caravana.

Una experiencia fantástica, éramos novatos totales y tanto Iñaki como Nuria nos ayudaron desde el primer momento y estuvieron muy pendientes para explicarnos todo. Todas las facilidades! La autocaravana está perfecta, hemos pasado unos días estupendos. Súper recomendable.
