Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Camping-car conforme aux attentes, confortable, très propre et bien agencé. Le propriétaire est super sympa et nous a expliqué en détail les systèmes et a été disponible pour nos questions lors du voyage.

Excellente location. Prorpiétaire très sympathique et arrangeant. Le véhicule dispose de beaucoup d'options. Le chauffage Alde est vraiment top car chaleur silencieuse et douce. Précis au degré prêt. Les lits sont très confortables et matelas d'excellente qualité. Bref, nous avons passé de très bons moments avec ce camping car, qui se conduit soit avec le permis poids lourd, soit si vous avez eu votre permis auto avant 1975. A vous de franchir le cap du camping car, et pour la première fois pour nous, ce mode de vacances a été une révélation. Grâce aux conseils du propriétaire, de toute la documentation comprise avec la location, nous avons réussi à trouver d'excellente aires de camping car, et fait des rencontres superbes. Vraiment, si vous hésitez, allez y. Vous ne regretterez pas. On se sent vraiment libre... Si un endroit ne vous pait pas, il suffit simplement d'en changer. Vraiment, on re louera sans problème pour nos prochaines vacances.

Problème de parabole le deuxième jour, pas de foot ni de tour de France.
Après plusieurs échanges avec le propriétaire et un technicien rien ni à fait.
Retour du CC après deux jours, pas terrible les vacances.
Dans l'ensemble le CC est correct mais plein de petit détails à revoir.
