Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

El viaje en autocaravana resultó tal como lo esperábamos, una experiencia increíble!! La AC super equipada, funcionó todo perfectamente, y Jonathan el propietario siempre muy atento y amable con nosotros desde antes del inicio del viaje, hasta el día de la entrega.

Primera experiència en Autocaravana. Fantàstic; crec que no podia anar millor.
Autocaravana en molt bon estat, molt cuidada, ben equipada i ben preparada. Té tot lo necessari per pasar uns dies de vacances. Molt còmoda i fàcil de conduir.
El propietari, Jonatan, molt amable i pacient explicant com funciona tot.

Jonatan atento desde el minuto 0, tuvimos un error al hacer la reserva y no puso pegas en modificarlo. Ha estado pendiente de nosotros y resolviendo nuestras dudas.
Autocaravana 100% autónoma, sin necesidad de conectarte a ninguna red eléctrica y poder ir a cualquier lado sin preocuparte. La primera vez que probamos con GLP y la verdad que consume muy poco para lo mucho que lo utilizamos! Muy recomendable!!

La furgo es perfecta para 4 personas muy cómoda u tiene todo lo necesario , muy nueva que eso lo hace genial para la conduccion. Jonatan siempre estuvo atento a todo y la comunicación fue perfecta, la recomiendo sin lugar a dudas . Gracias Jonatan 🥰

Increíble la experiencia de viajar con Camper y sobretodo con esta Camper. Está como nueva, limpieza absoluta que parece sacada del concesionario, y Jonatan, atento durante todo el proceso: disponible y atento tanto en dudas previas como durante el viaje. Facilidad para todo. Recomendamos 100%!
