Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

M. Et Mme Garcia savent se rendre disponibles et sont clairs dans leurs explications. Le camping car est dans l'ensemble propre, le bémol : les banquettes glissant pendant le voyage. Mécaniquement parlant le véhicule est bien entretenu et fiable ! Merci pour cette première expérience !

Bonjour,
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, cependant, le véhicule est vieillissant. Pas de soucis particulier sur la fonctionnalité du véhicule mais quelques petits détails à revoir (store, amortisseurs, douche, propreté...)
Rapport qualité/prix correct tout de même.
