Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Las fotos muestran la furgoneta tal cual es. Esta muy bien equipada y funciona de maravilla. Hemos estado por la costa de Portugal y hemos disfrutado mucho! Carlos muy amable y atento en todo momento. Repetiremos seguro!!

Alquilamos la furgoneta de Carlos para pasar unos días por Tarifa, playa de Bolonia y Azahar de los Atunes. Des del primer momento Carlos fue súper atento y al ir a recogerla nos explicó todo al detalle. La furgoneta es súper àmplia, cómoda y con todo lo indispensable para pasar unos dias de maravilla!

La furgo está genial. Carlos me recibió y explicó todo con muchísima amabilidad y simpatía. La furgo está muy completa de todo en cuanto menaje y ropa de hogar, la cocinita, el fregadero y la ducha funciona genial, todo está bastante nuevo. Está muy bien que también tenga baño. Y todo estaba muy limpio cuando me la entregó.
Ha sido un total acierto alquilar esta furgo para pasar el finde con mis amigas.

Nos estrenábamos en un viaje con camper y lo hemos hecho visitando Faro e infinitos rincones de La Costa de la Luz con la furgoneta de Carlos. ¡Ha sido una experiencia fabulosa!
Desde el primer momento que contactamos con Carlos apreciamos su amabilidad y su predisposición a ponernos las cosas fáciles. Y así ha sido hasta el último día. Siempre disponible para resolver cualquier duda y posible incidente.
La furgoneta muy bien equipada; tanto con lo básico para viajar como con distintos complementos.
Nos comentó que la intención era ir mejorando cositas de la furgoneta así que no me lo pensaría en cogerla, tampoco en repetir experiencia!
